Sean McCabe


Sean started working for SERVPRO early on, beginning his career as a GM. He holds the following industry-specific certifications including; WRT-Water Restoration Tech, ASD-Applied Structural Drying Tech, AMRT-Applied Mold Remediation Tech, and ABRA-American Bio-Recovery Association.

Mike McGrory


Mike began his professional career as an I.T. and eventually found his way to SERVPRO to open a franchise with Sean. Mike also holds the same certifications in addition to OSHA 10 hour and Red Cross Instructor.

The two now own three SERVPRO franchises and have run a successful business for 15-plus years and counting.

Kristen Carroll

Finance and Human Resources

Kristen wears many hats here at SERVPRO of Upper Bucks! 

She is in charge of finance, human resources, as well as our office manager. Anything you need office-wise, she is the go-to! She has been with us for 5 years and counting. 

Kristen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and currently resides in Sellersville, PA with her husband and 7 year old daughter, Gracie. 

In her free time, Kristen enjoys reading, cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. 

Robert Goslee

Production Manager

Meet Rob! 

Rob is the well-respected Production Manager at SERVPRO of Upper Bucks. He has spent 10 years with us working hard each and every day to ensure our customers are fully satisfied. Rob is dedicated to being the best he can be and has earned IICRC Certifications in Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration and is also a Commercial Drying Specialist. 

Rob is a tremendous asset to the team here as well as other SERVPRO's. His experience and expertise have led him to be one of the most sought-after Production Managers in the area. Thanks for all you do, Rob!

Sean M. McCabe

Production Manager

Sean M. McCabe has been with SERVPRO since he was 18 years old, starting out as a Field Technician back in 2016. Since then, he has worked diligently in order to grow with the company, now serving as one of our Production Managers. Sean uses his leadership skills and expertise in the field to help guide the crew at job sites to ensure efficiency.

Sean holds several industry certifications including IICRC Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Applied Structural Drying, Pennsylvania Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, and many others. Sean has taken the initiative to help role out multiple new divisions of our company including our ESPORTA system and Ultrasonic machine for contents cleaning, duct cleaning for residential and commercial customers, and our PODS and Dumpsters system. Sean also specializes in commercial project management, estimating, and field management and technology. 

Sean earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Kutztown University, where he served as Captain of the University’s hockey team. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, going to Philadelphia sports games and giving back to the community through several community outreach programs SERVPRO offers. He hopes to continue his career at SERVPRO and help his fellow crew members grow in the process.

Christina Ritter

Compliance Manager

Christina started her career at SERVPRO in 2014. 

She was previously a Property Claims Adjuster and understands both the customer's needs as well as the insurance carrier's requirements. Christina oversees all residential files produced by our team and ensures each job is compliant with industry and carrier standards. Her main focus is on the commercial side of the business, managing the coordination of large losses for our office and other local SERVPRO's. Christina is an expert in estimating and using many different industry software programs. She is a great mentor to not only our staff, but other local offices as well.     She is IICRC WRT and OSHA 10-Hour certified. In her free time, Christina also holds her PA Real Estate License and enjoys spending time with her dogs and family. 

Sarah Tolve

Compliance Administrator

Sarah is one of our Compliance Administrators and she's been with SERVPRO of Upper Bucks since February of 2018. Sarah wears a few hats here at SERVPRO. She creates and maintains estimates for the jobs, assists in organizing the schedule everyday, receives and keeps track of loss's that come in, and caters to each customers' needs.   Sarah is from Nutley, NJ and moved to the area living in Quakertown, PA with her basset hound/lab mix, Daisy Rey. Her hobbies include creating drawings, playing with her dog, hanging with friends, and binge watching The Office.

Brian Eckert

Compliance Administrator

Brian Eckert is one of our Compliance Administrators and has been with us since April of 2018. He works hard giving estimates for water and fire mitigation along with mold remediation projects. Brian also handles much of our customer service along with the daily scheduling coordination. He also jumps in and helps out with many marketing events. He coordinated our involvement in the Wawa Welcome America Event, Brew Fest, and Glow in the Park. Brian grew up in Northeast Philadelphia and currently resides in Lansdale, Pa. In his free time he enjoys playing chess and hatchet throwing.

John Sanderson

Compliance Administrator

John Sanderson is one of our Compliance Administrators and has been with us since January of this year.  

He assists our clients to provide them with estimates, invoices and documentation necessary for water and fire mitigation services. John also helps coordinate information with insurance companies and home owners to ensure that each customer is pleased with their SERVPRO experience.

In his free time, he enjoys listening to informative podcasts, watching scary movies with his wife  and playing games with his two cats. 

Rob D'Emilio Jr.

Digital Marketing Manager

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Professional Writing from Kutztown University, Rob began working for SERVPRO of Upper Bucks as their Digital Marketing Manager. He handles all social media and marketing campaigns, but participates in community events with our outreach coordinator. 

Rob also has experience in submitting and winning design awards from well-known, architectural institutes; maintaining and contributing to social media accounts and blogs of an international, architectural design firm; proposal writing and in coordinating the development of fact sheets and other documents for B2B projects.

Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Rob was heavily involved in athletics and organized sports. His hobbies include fishing, basketball and writing motivational blogs through his social media.

Christina Barbieri

Marketing and Business Development

In May 2018, Christina graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in English Literature and minors in Professional Writing and Women and Gender Studies. A year after graduating, she started working at SERVPRO of Upper Bucks as their Marketing and Business Development Coordinator. Christina handles planning all events and attending them as well. She maintains relationships with the local boroughs, chambers, firehouses, and police.

Christina also has experience in writing, editing, and publishing. While she was a student, Christina worked at a Literary Agency in Easton, PA selling books to big publishers in NYC and overseas. After college, Christina worked as a comic book editor and did a little writing there as well.

Growing up in a small town near Long Beach Island, New Jersey, Christina’s hobbies include boating, fishing, reading books, and cuddling with her Pit-Bull/Mastiff, Kane.

Tyler Byrd

Crew Chief

Tyler has been with SERVPRO of Upper Bucks for 5 years. Tyler's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: signing jobs when they come in, manage the crew, monitor jobs, scope/sketch a new loss, and is a lead contact for customers.   Tyler resides in Sellersville, PA with his girlfriend, Leighann and 3 year old son, Nathan. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys snowboarding, dirt biking, and spending time with family.

Robyn Colajezzi

Director of Commercial Marketing & Development

Robyn Colajezzi is the Director of Commercial Marketing & Development  whose focus is to open the lines of communication with large scale property managers, government agencies, insurance companies, and other industry specific organizations.  Robyn is a 20+ year seasoned marketing and corporate partnership professional in the Mid-Atlantic Region who is recognized for developing new business strategies that build long term relationships.  Utilizing her savvy business sense and genuine concern for her clients, Robyn has successfully led a variety of sales teams to achieve success. Throughout her career, Robyn has been focused on delivering programs, services and tailored client solutions.   Robyn has a unique approach to every business challenge with innovative thinking, creative problem-solving and goal-driven momentum. She will provide strong facilities solutions with disaster planning, response and recovery.
