It can become hard to keep track of exactly what you should be cleaning regularly. Here is a checklist to make it a little easier to insure your workplace stays neat and tidy.

  • Monthly Cleaning List:
    • Dust all surfaces in the office

Hotel Fire

Hotel Fire

Unfortunately, disaster can strike at any moment of any day, any time, or anywhere. Sadly, for this 60,000 sq/ft building in Quakertown, PA, a fire occurred. 

An electrical fire is believed to have caused this devastating fire affecting 100% of the inside of the facility. There is a total of 160 rooms and the whole facility needs a heavy cleaning. More specifically, the rooms surrounding the source will need to be fully gutted. 

With a devastating disaster such as this, temporary power is necessary, so we provided a generator to power the facility. We use vapor sharks, which attacks odors as well as desiccants, which will lessen the moisture in the area to avoid any other issues. These types of equipment, and more will be implemented during the restoration process. 

This kind of loss requires lots of cleaning as well, especially the soot that takes up the entire building. SERVPRO is to the rescue on this, and will make this building "Like it never even happened®."

One particular kind of commercial property will be the subject of my post today. Take a guess. It's in the title :)

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, Property management is defined as: the management of land and buildings as a business, including keeping buildings in good condition and renting property.
